Founded in 2020 in Libreville, Gabon, Laceau Group was created with the mission of supporting project leaders by helping them structure their credit files and access financing. In 2024, in response to changing needs and the rise of increasingly innovative projects, Laceau Group created Horse Research, expanding its scope to research and develop new financing models. Its solutions, suitable for large companies as well as public institutions and international organizations, have helped strengthen a dynamic of sustainable and inclusive growth.

In 2025, in line with this vision, Global Excellence Partners (GEP) was born. GEP embodies the ambition to create a strategic ecosystem connecting companies, investors and decision-makers, in order to stimulate growth that is both efficient and inclusive. From the outset, we have established ourselves as a key player in public finance consulting, strategic investments and economic studies, providing its expertise to structure and boost high-impact economic initiatives.

Through our approach based on rigorous market analysis and strategic innovation, we have supported public administrations, international organizations and large companies in achieving their ambitions.
